Lucía Dwyer is an Irish sound, film, and performance artist working across a transdisciplinary practice that integrates experimental Foley, physical theatre, and film. Their work often incorporates improvisational and experimental techniques and processes. Lucía is co-founder of the improvisation group oNo NoNo and has presented work both nationally and internationally. They currently work as a Foley Artist at The Foley Lab, Wicklow.

Lucía holds a Master’s degree in Experimental Sound Practice (First Class Honours) from University College Cork and a First Class Bachelor Honours degree in Film & Television (Film Sound major, Film Production minor) from the National Film School, IADT. They have experience across post-audio and live sound, including work with Virgin Media Television, and have contributed to numerous short films in both location and post-sound, as well as direction. Alongside this, they develop their own creative projects across theatre, sound art, film, and live performance.
